Simple Life

How nice it be with life, if everything is make up of chocolate? i am sure you had seen the commercial about this chocolate world, that everything is make up of chocolate. when you are hungry, you just take a bite on anything that is in front of you!

Life would be simpler that way, right? let put this into perceptive.

We live in a world full of expectation! yes, a world where we needs to bother about what the other have to say, felt and even expect. when we are young, our parent expected us to do well in school, got into " branded" colleges and university. They expect our result to be good, to do well in sports and some even prefer us to be well like by teachers. etc. while we are working, bosses expect us to save the "world" , make a dead dog run, make them look good.

In our personal aspect, friends and families expect us to get married at a certain age, have children, maybe 1 maybe 2 and better yet 3 from the government. Children expectation is even greater, they expect them daddy to be someone great, a hero or a big CEO.

In the past, I don`t think my parent ever had to worry about not being a CEO or a Hero, they are only expected to bring food & kopi to the table, a roof over our head without aircon and my $2.00 pocket money every morning for recess breaks. They were never bother about education and who need a car?

I concurred that most of our life had turn out to be a ticking "time bomb" yes each of us are like a suicidal bomber, the only target is our self. We get our life so mess up, although, we earns thousands of dollars, we kept complaining that we need more, we drive a car and keeping our self stuck on the road for hours. we stay in a big house and complaint too much house work. we study too much and complaint about the politics.

I could see this trend is not going to end, even the predicted 2012 "mayan calender" aka end of the world, might not solve this Global issue! this is going to be worst, man and woman are getting married later, youngster are getting pregnant younger and the job of a cleaner would probably need a PHD in "Electronic and Electric Engineers" to operate cleaning robots

I hope the "Mayan" predication really come true, then i can stop working, sells my house and live on my saving. if this does`t happen, please turn us all into Chocolates
