5km Run

Went out for a short 5 km run this evening, supposedly to work overtime, but decided to rest for the night.

stretched a little, started off the run only wanted to build up a sweat. Started slowly, keeping the breathing easy. running into familiar route to velocity, remember the posture, short cadence, higher kicks and easy breathing.

completed the run 5km in 26mins. a little surprise that i still could finish at this time, i slowed jog the rest of the distance back to start point.

stetched and went home. what a hot night.

next training session, 2km swim.
