ITB Experts huh.. hmmm.. I will let you know.

Bike session in the afternoon just before lunch.
Distance: 30km
Time: 50mins
Average Cadence: 99
35.6km/hour

Run Thread mill
Distance: 2km
Time: 12mins

A little tight on the ITB when i started off the run, nothing serious, just a little tight. continued to complete the short run.

After the run, do some crunches to end the work out. nice work out for me for the day. I could feel that the body is recovering well after the past week "peak" training, just a little tight on the ITB. Tonight "red" will take over for more pain.
