Light Weighs

This afternoon weigh session, keeping in view of the mission i am engaging on. I am keeping it light today.

Warm up
7mins on the bike.

bench press
weighs: 40
4 x 20 reps

biceps curl
weigh: 25
2 x 20 reps

lat pulled up
weigh: 25
3 x 15 reps

crunches
3 x 20 reps

Just pray for great mental strenght to last me thru the training.
