This morning, i was still contemplating if i should be running after a gruesome 84km over the weekend. In the end, I finally give in and drove myself to CBD.
Tonite menu was to do a 7.5km and also stair training. 3 of us are running recovery speed. Starting off the run, the quads was quite heavy, but still managed to keep up the pace to the pace in front.
Pacing thru with the 2 of them, the leg was getting warmed up and the pace was better. a good recovery run pace for me tonight.
