ECP 8km

This evening, I was tasked to introduce the coastal road to the gang. 4 of us started the slow run at about 7pm, starting at ECP F2 towards the green fence.

2 km to the NSRCC, we took a quick drinks and proceed to the coastal road. the pace was not fast tonight, but my leg was pretty weak tonight. I guess it was because of the hill run last night. we some break in between the run, the weather was kind too. windy.

We managed to finish the run estimated distance 8km in about an hour. good relax pace for me, even though i was struggling at some point.
