I was really sleeping this morning, how can i miss the turn in? no choice, i had to turn by the coastal road and make illegal drive into the opposite side to reach CP F2. The gang was already waiting.
We managed to start off the run at around 650am, the weather was good. windy and not much sun, just as i like it. today, was a easy 16km run from CP F2 to the fire station and back. my pace was horrible today, tired leg, sng hamstring and a tight quads. I was just aiming to run and stop at critical stop point.
along the way see many joy rider along the road, a big gang today. riding along the road with their sunglasses, so cooling. ( i want to be like them, when i grow up :P ) then i heard a call out "Burnz" it was Jodan.
Some place was block for the AYG and we are force to detour a little bit longer. finally end the 16km in about 2 hour+ time. seem like a 30km in my opinion. maybe i really need to rest!
not very sure, if the ride will be good tomorrow, I am thinking of wearing the long CWX tights for ride. not sure yet.
