MF 4 loops

I was running with Aaron tonight at the CBD run. Running as a pack to MF, The leg was quite strong this evening. In the pack, there were yankee and ST.

Running towards the hill, I was just keeping it easy on the leg, keeping in mind the hill. I think the last time we conquer MF was May before sundown. Waited a while for the middle pack to catch up at the traffic, we carried on the climb up the hills. 5-6 of us managed to do 4 loops tonight, while a handful did 3 loops. The rest just take it easy. Not that i mind anyway.

anyway, it was a good session tonight, strong legs and i am able to complete 16.5km in about 1 hour 50mins. pretty Good effort for my standard.

Observation
I find that in group training, peers motivation is important, criticising does not help. Not everyone are with top form everyday. Different people are with different mentality and fitness level to train. Please take note of that if you are task to organise a group training. sometime, we are not as top form as you think, let turn the table around. when you are in your lowest form and someone started to critics you. I am sure it does not feel good.

Thoughts
hmm.. i am starting to re-formulate my way of training after the pengrerang bike trip, only objective was to find my own training pace, therefore, selection of training buddies are important to me now. if you find me getting too quiet, it is actually ok. don`t worry.
