waking up in the morning, my leg still feels the pain. almost can`t straighten it in the morning. yes, it is still that bad. walking to the kitchen, i was limping. Wifey commented that i walk like a duck :( it felt worst then a marathon or a long LSD brick. initially, i thought my 2.4km practice run yesterday is enough to release the lactic acid in the leg muscles, but obviously not enough. i need to do an hour of ride this afternoon, hopfully to release more.

The leg felt so tired thru out the ride, as i try to manage a 95 rpm average. i was struggling all the way. but i knew i had to thru this for recovery. lucky, mind over body, 60mins finally up, i managed to speed up a little when low gears and slow down on high gears. phweee. i make it, this is the hardest ride session i had for a long time.
after the ride, i walked better... still alittle effort, but not like a duck anymore. well, see how is tomr condition, if still bad, i might do another 60min on the bike.
