tonight menu was to run up MF and do at least 2 loops on the hills. started out the run, slow and easy, keeping my breathing relax and thru the nose.
i was running in the mid pack of the group, keeping the front runner in view. relax on the legs and kicking it higher on the back. all the way to the bottom of MF. We took a short break and run up the MF. not aiming to chiong up the hills, i keep the cadence short and relax breath. not long, some of them over took me. but i keep my pace, not to chiong.
upon reaching the top, my right bands started to act up again. i decided not to run the loops tonight, as Osim is just this coming Sunday. took a break with tiwass, laser and tao friend. we walked down the hills, as laser got a headache. took a longer walk back, the guys finally caught up and over took us. I ask laser if she is able to run, we took a relax pace back to starts point.
good session, no stress on the leg and breathing is good tonight. i guess my stamina is coming back to me, i just need more run session go get the feels back.
