Brick Training 50+10

A cloudy day, seem like going to rain. I packed the bag to the gym, aiming to do some time on the bike. I prefer going to the gym during lunch time.

started out the bike, i choose random hill and 50mins. keeping the spins at average 95 rpm, i finished the 50mins ride. distance around 31km and calories about 300.

went off to the treadmill and started 6mins paces, aiming to do only 2km this time. keeping it in fast cadence, complete the run without much hip cups. good session overall and good enough for a day workout.

I should start swimming again.

still feeling bloated, i guess the junk food session cause it to be. I am staying away from junkie until 70.3.
