I actually miss out a makan session for a work out tonight. what was i thinking? I need to start training now, better then not starting at all. keeping the HR at a average of below 130, I am trying to prolong the pain and fatigues.

Time to start training for the eagle and I pray for not falling ill at this crucial time. 3 more months to hell day
