PEAK

enough said..

wednesday, 3km swim
time: 1hour 11mins.
tough, arm felt tired when reached 3km marks. not very sure i could make it by 1.30, but should be able to complete the swim within 2 hours.

Saturday, 25km, run.
time: 3hour 05mins.
first 3 km was always a struggle, after that, it was smooth sailing. I think i am meant to do long distance after all. :P
thanks buddy for the accompany. next week, 30km.

Sunday, 200km, bike
refilling is the key. I managed to refill at 45km point, 65km point, 85kmpoint.
I was able to maintain a good pace till 140km. until the NTU loops and hills really took a part of me away. 2 loops is all i could managed, energy was drained, i should had refill again when i was at 140km.

170km later, we reached krangi for lunch. after a chicken rice and drinks, I saw something really amusing, 4 of us suddenly stopped talking and "STONE" haha. it was such a funny sight. one was fast asleep, 3 of us was stoning for at least 5mins into the air. We went off and parted our way another 25km towards mandai hill- thomason and home.

finally, this is the end of my peak for bike training. another 30km run and 4km swim, i am done and just timing for the eagle. hopping I would not fall sick till race day!
