Craving for Pain

I had not have this feeling since the last time when i was training for IM LKG. This morning, the run took us from MR- Rifle range-Durian loops and back to MR.

It wasn`t tough and there was expected trip and fall along the way, I am glad there wasn`t much issue. at least i didn`t have to be carry back. almost 20km, felt like a 25km flat. 2hour 45mins with a few walks and pit stop along the way.

I think the body is coupling well after the KL marathon and a 3-4 hour on the road seem fine to me now. I would need to build on this and drag this base training session to 5-6 hours in the near future training. Some cross training is expected for Oct, so whose in?
