Tonight there wasn`t much car on the road. As the moon was shinning brightly, the sky is clear. good temperature for run. I decided to do a easy run on my usual route, with a constant steady pace. easy on the breathing and relaxing the body.
After the run, did a full stretch and warm down. something i don`t really do in the past. Hopefully with the continuous after work-out stretching, It will helped me to prevent cramps in the future.
