We started the run at about 7.10 this morning, the gang today was slightly smaller, only fennel, yankee and me. First 4.5km, we were running at a tempo pace. although, it was supposed to be a slow pace run after yesterday trail terrain.
The pace pick up rather fast this morning, lead by fennel. She is on fire! continued into the Nike u turn pt at 13mins, we ran toward to the toilet at the sea food restaurant time: 23mins. too fast liao. I called for a stop and re-group.
We continued to F2 car park at a slower pace, a quick break and continuing back. on the way back, took a break again at the restaurant toilet and proceed back. Another tempo run back to the start pt.
Total time: 1 hour 25mins (include walk break and rest)
Distance: 12km
Ended off the run with carl jr breakfast! what a nice way to start the day.
