Training Log

Today took half day and decided to find some time for work out before going to school in the evening. The gym today was still very pack, some of the machine was pack and there was a line.

I started off on the training bike, aiming to do a short high impact spin to warm up the legs.

Distance: 30km
Time: 48mins
Cadence: 97

After the spin and a short stretch, I went off to the free weigh session. It must be many months that i took up the weighs, so not expecting to do much today.

Bench press
Weighs: 25kg
3 sets of 12 reps.

Back press
weight 35kg
3 sets of 12 reps

chin up
10 reps.

too tired to do more, probably will be aching this few days. After the session, I had KFC for dinner. it was still "finger licking good" Hopping the aching will ease and will rest for the 2 LSD this coming training. it is going to be a "siong" weekends
