Despite the celebration, we still run 8km towards the F1 route. easy run and some fast running back to start point. a good recovery run for me.
Tonight, we are celebrating the 3rd year of forming the CBD group run. it was with lots of makan tonight, consists of pizza, potato salad, fruits, drinks, cakes, old chan ji, jelly, etc etc.. but i think we got a winner! The potato salad was really good!
There was much chatting tonight, gossiping as well. All great fun with wonderful company. May CBD run for many years to come.
tonight i learned something new and weird;
1) O T= Own Time, doesn`t really meant Over Time :P
2) Why do you wear sunglass and run at night along the route of poor lighted up CBD? it was a miracle that you din tip and fall into the drain. He was either really a Poser or just Weird. hmm... I choose the first. enlightment me now.
