Injuires

Yesterday morning, I woke up with a pain under my right toe. Immediately, I knew it was an old injury i got 2 year ago which leave me cripple for sometime.

although, it was not as painful as the last time, but still I was limping.

anyway, managed to pull some training yesterday still, at the gym.

Bike trainer
Time: 50mins
distance: 30km
average cadence: 35km/hour

brench press
12 reps of 4 sets
weighs: 20kg

back press
12 reps fo 3 sets
weighs 40kg

Time to rest. now only hope that the leg is still able to run on Sunday, if not have to plan for alternative 6 hours training effort.
