It took me a little longer to warm up this evening, slightly heavy on the breathing but light on the leg. I keep the cadence above 90. i could only warmed up after 25mins into the bike.
Run, I could pace better, keeping the range at 10 to 11.5. the leg felt strong and light. good based training.
