CBD MF 3 loops

Mount Faber is always the toughest route in the CBD menu, but it also always have the most attendant. The gang of 20 started off sharply at 7pm, lead by stuck. Started off the run, I was running with a light leg. it felt strong tonight.

chatting along with a fellow runner, ( pai sei, i forget ur nick) we followed the front runner in the group. I tried to keep the breathing good and relax on the run. we managed to reach the bottom of the hill, waiting for the rest to catch up. A short reorg, we continued up MF. I kept the leg fresh when running up the hill, short step and fast cadence. Reached the top without much problem. continued for another 3 loops before running back. After the final loop, I noticed i am the last person, most of the runner went back to start pt after 2 loops. batz, stuck and yankee waited. We took a short break and waited for another person back. but after 10mins, we gave up and continued our way to start pt.

The pace was much faster this time, I could only see their back and even as i try, i was unable to catch up them. only until the traffic light. we jog back together and had Slurpee tonight. it was good!

Time: 2 hours?

I felt that the leg was not sore despite the hill run, even though, it was tough. probably lactate threshold had improve.
