Swims

The quads and hamstring still felt sore in the morning, I was still limping when i walked. no choice, need to release those lactic acids. Took the day off from office and went to the pool for recovery swimming.

distance: 1500
time: 45mins.

did not really push the pace, just swim relax. 500m each lap and rest in between. after the swim, the leg felt slight better. hopping for the best.
