is it so hard to understand? how to be positive when the results show negative? let be realistic now.

CBD run tonight, the plans was to do 8km around the river and do stairs 30 floor. I am only doing the run, slow, steady speed. staying with the back pack, I started off the run with some pain on my right quads. I am guessing it might be the training last weekend.

never mind la, let take it easy this week. the breathing was quite weak tonight, although the running legs was fine, I just could not run any faster today. I was beginning to walk- jog back to the end point, somehow, I had a headache when i reached the end point.
