Keep it going

Despite the tired, probably weak mind as well. I went to the gym for an hour of work out. just keeping the body warm up and stretch.

dumb bell chest press
weighs: 60
3 x 15 reps

back press
weigh 25
3 x 15 reps

bicep curls and lat pull
weigh 35
2 x 15 reps

shoulder press
weighs 35
2 x 12 reps

end result: an aching body, and a satisfying soul
