2 x 12 reps

weighs: 90
3 x 12 reps

good session, leg still feel good

The day after squat training, leg damn snag la.. hamstring, quads, my butt is screaming. walk like a duck and best part is, tomr 16km will be a painful experience. i foresee lot of walking. haha.
