Short Work Out

Did a short work out today, nothing to shout about. Mental was really tired and body just go into slack mood.

Bike warm up
time: 20mins
good enough to keep the leg warm.

Back Press
3 x 15 reps
weighs 35

Dumb bell bench press
3 x 15
weigh 50

laternal lift
3 x 12
weigh 35

end the session with 60 decline sit up.

I need to rest.
