Time is something i am lacking today, i managed to put 30 laps at the pool, time trial style. First 500m was a struggle, the hand get tired easily and there was so much blockage in the pool. second 500m, i felt better, i could pulled better and able to see the front more.
took a 30 sec break, i went for my last 500m, stretching and pulling. it felt great. I felt strong on the swim. good session.
I am targeting to do 40 laps in sub 45mins. the shoulder lift and bicep curl really help, i think.
distance: 30laps
time: 30mins.
tomorrow, 100km bike ride, should be fun.
