Swim2000

This evening, I managed to reach the pool by 640 in the evening. This evening swim was accompany by Tao and later Y was here. As i was doing only 1 session today, the swim was suppose to be longer than usual.

500m per set, 4 sets tonight. stop for a breather each set, the body felt better, arm and leg felt strong even after 4 sets but tonight, the pool was so full. There were full of ppl standing by the pool side, some many student too. sian. no choice, I had to stop at 4 sets and had to leave the couple in the pool on their own.

Time: 50mins.
I will need to do more sets next week.
