1140am, I left office and reached the pool by 12pm. A quick change, I started the swim. the sun was high up but strangely the water was cooling.
500m per set, I managed to complete 3 set in 35mins time. Get to the shower, change and a quick meal. reached office at 1.10pm. cool
Session 2 start at CBD.
this evening, we are running to kallang indoor stadium and back. distance about 13km. Initially, the leg was quite heavy, but it seem to adapt quickly. I was quite happy that i wasn`t struggling in tonight run despite the afternoon swim.
good run session, the shoulder began to feel tired in the end of the run.
