Wednesday
Swim
Distance: 20 laps
Time: 30mins.
end result: nearly end up with cramps.

Friday
Gym Training
20mins bike trainer at 130 watts average
3 x 12 sets of chest press
3 x 12 sets of bicep curl
2 x 12 sets of back press
2 x 12 sets of lat pull

Saturday
MR Run
Distance: 20km
Time: 2hour 30mins.
end up with whole body aching, a painful foot and a nearly cramp quads.

this week was suppose to be a easy week for training, but seem like I could not even handle easy training now. seem like i need to do more base training to build back the fitness.
